This project was born from a simple frustration: most training apps don’t actually fit how you train. They push someone else’s program, someone else’s tempo, someone else’s logic. And if your practice is calisthenics, mobility, dance, or anything in between, the tools out there often don’t speak your language.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nawell.app is a mobile companion for people who want to design their own workout sessions, exactly the way they want them. You build the structure, you set the pace, you choose the movements, you save your own routines. No generic plans, no influencer-driven program, no noise.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the hood, the app is built with Claude Code<\/strong> – I wanted a tool I can iterate on quickly, ship fast, and keep close to the people who use it.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I designed Nawell.app with three convictions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Training should fit you, not the other way around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Your body already knows what it needs. The app is here to organise it, not to override it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Simplicity beats algorithmic noise. No fake gamification, no pressure, no streaks designed to make you feel guilty.
